1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service set out the basis on which you may use rankifyxpert.com (“the website”, “we”, “us”) and the tools published on it, including the Aspect Ratio Calculator.

By visiting the website or using any tool on it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. No account is needed to use the tools, so your continued use is how acceptance is given.

These terms are written to be read. Where a section limits our responsibility, it is written plainly rather than buried, and nothing here is intended to remove rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

2. Use of the website

The website is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use the tools as often as you like, and you do not need to register, pay or ask permission.

You are responsible for the device, browser and internet connection you use to access the site, and for making sure your use of the site is lawful where you live. Access may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance, hosting problems or circumstances outside our control, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

3. Calculator usage

The Aspect Ratio Calculator runs entirely in your browser. The width, height and ratio values you enter are processed on your own device and are not sent to us, stored or logged.

You may use the results freely, including in commercial work. We make no claim of ownership over the numbers a calculation produces, and you do not need to credit this website when you use them.

The calculator is intended for ordinary use by individuals. Automated or bulk querying, embedding the tool in another product, or building a service on top of it is covered by section 6.

4. Accuracy and limitations

The tools on this site are built carefully and tested against real dimensions, but they are provided for general informational and practical purposes only.

A few specific limitations are worth knowing. Simplified ratios are exact, but calculated dimensions are rounded for display, so a value may differ very slightly from an unrounded calculation. Where a result is close to a standard ratio without matching it exactly, the tool says so rather than rounding the difference away — the more precise value is the decimal one. Results also depend entirely on the numbers you enter, so a mistyped dimension produces a confidently wrong answer.

We do not warrant that results will be suitable for any particular purpose, and we may correct or change how a calculation is presented if we find a better approach.

5. Intellectual property

The design, layout, written content, code and branding of this website belong to its operator, unless stated otherwise. They are protected by copyright and related laws.

You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and quote short passages with a link back to the original page. You may not copy substantial parts of the written content or the tool’s code and republish them as your own, whether on a website, in an app or anywhere else.

As noted in section 3, the outputs of a calculation are not covered by this. Those numbers are yours to use as you wish.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, please tell us through the contact form and we will look into it.

6. Prohibited activities

When using the website, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks the law where you are
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting environment or any connected system
• Introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with how the site works for other visitors
• Place an unreasonable load on the site, including through scraping, crawling or automated querying at scale
• Copy the site’s content or code to create a substantially similar website or product
• Remove or alter copyright or attribution notices
• Use the contact form to send spam, bulk marketing, abusive messages or misleading claims
• Present the website, or results from it, as your own product or as endorsed by anyone it is not

We may restrict or block access where use of the site appears to breach these terms or threatens its availability for others.

Pages on this site may link to websites we do not operate. Those links are provided for convenience or reference, and a link is not an endorsement of the site, its content, its products or its business practices.

We have no control over external websites and accept no responsibility for them. Once you follow a link away from here, these terms no longer apply, and you should read the terms and privacy policy of the site you have arrived at.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In particular, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any defect will be corrected, or that the results obtained from a tool will be accurate or fit for a specific purpose.

This is a free utility maintained by a small independent operator, not a professional service, and it should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice in any field.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

We may add, change, suspend or remove any part of the website or its tools at any time, without notice. This includes changing how a calculation is presented, adjusting the layout of a page, or retiring a tool entirely.

Because the service is free and requires no account, we are not able to give advance notice of every change, and we are not liable to you if a tool you rely on is changed or becomes unavailable. If a tool you use regularly matters to your work, keep your own record of the results you need.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time — for example if a tool is added, or if the way the site operates changes. When that happens, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change.

The version published on this page is the version that applies. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised terms, so it is worth checking this page occasionally.

12. Governing law
