Thank you for choosing RankifyXpert. These Terms of Services (“Terms”) describe how we work, what we provide, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us in return. By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms.

We provide the following:

We analyze and optimize your website’s internal structure — meta tags, headings, content layout, speed, responsiveness, etc.

🔹 Content Writing (Optional)

We offer professional blog writing, homepage content, service page copy — written with SEO keywords, readability, and conversion in mind. (Available on request)

🔹 Link Building Services

  • Guest Posting: We publish your links inside quality blog articles on high-authority websites.
  • Niche Edits: We insert your link into existing, indexed blog posts (contextual and natural).
  • High DR Backlinks: All links are DoFollow and on sites with DR 40+ to 90+ (as per package).

🔹 WordPress SEO Setup & Support

From installing themes and configuring plugins to making your site SEO-friendly, we handle technical tasks for you.

🧑‍💼 Client Responsibilities

For smooth execution, clients must:

  • Provide the correct URLs, target keywords, or preferred anchor texts.
  • Respond to emails/messages within 2–3 working days.
  • Approve content or revisions in a timely manner.

Note: Any delay in your feedback will delay final delivery.

⏱️Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times depend on the service:

  • Backlink Placement: 5–12 working days
  • Content Writing: 3–5 working days
  • WordPress Tasks: 7–10 working days

Urgent or same-day requests may be available at additional cost.

💰Payments & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required in advance (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Once a backlink is live or content is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • We do not offer rank guarantees (because SEO results depend on Google & competition), but we do guarantee quality.

🔄 Link Guarantee & Replacement

  • We guarantee that links we build will stay live for at least 6 months.
  • If a link is removed within that time, we’ll replace it once free of charge.
  • Links removed after 6 months are not covered by our replacement policy.

Note: We do not control the third-party websites, so we cannot guarantee lifetime placement.

🖋️Content Ownership & Usage

  • All custom-written content belongs to the client after full payment.
  • However, it may not be resold, copied, or republished on other domains without permission.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse content topics that are illegal, unethical, or harmful.

💬Communication & Support

  • Business Hours: Mon–Fri | 10 AM – 7 PM (PKT)
  • You can contact us via email, or through the website.
  • We usually respond within 24 hours on working days.

Delays from your side may result in delays in delivery from ours.

⚖️ Disclaimer & Limitations

    • SEO is a long-term process. While we use proven strategies, we do not guarantee #1 Google rankings.
    • We are not responsible for ranking drops due to:
      • Google algorithm updates
      • Website changes made by the client
      • Low-quality content added later by client
      • Penalties caused by third-party SEO work
    • We provide services to the best of our ability, using ethical and effective methods.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or shared directly with existing clients. Your continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
