At RankifyXpert, client satisfaction is our priority but due to the nature of our services (such as guest posting, backlink outreach, and manual link insertions), we follow a strict but fair refund policy outlined below.

🚫 Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following services are non-refundable once work has started:

  • Guest Posting Orders
  • Link Insertion (Niche Edits)
  • High DR Backlink Packages
  • Custom Outreach Campaigns
  • SEO Strategy or Consulting

These services involve third-party publishers and resources that cannot be reversed once committed.

✅ Refund Eligibility (Before Work Starts)

You may be eligible for a full refund only if:

  • You cancel the order within 12 hours of payment
  • Work has not yet been initiated (outreach, writing, or publisher engagement)

To request cancellation, please email us promptly at info@rankifyxpert.com with your order ID.

🔄 Replacements & Corrections

Instead of refunds, we offer fixes or replacements in the following cases:

  • A live link gets removed within 90 days
  • Publisher modifies or nofollows the link within the guarantee period
  • Minor content revision is needed to meet expectations

We will either replace the link or publish it on an equal-quality site at no extra cost.

⏳Late Delivery

In rare cases where delivery is delayed beyond 15 business days without any valid reason or communication, partial refunds or credit toward future services may be offered — at our discretion.

🧑‍💼 Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • If client fails to provide necessary information or responses in a timely manner
  • If project scope changes significantly after work begins
  • If a client changes their mind about the order mid-way
  • If rankings or traffic don’t meet subjective expectations (as SEO results depend on many factors)
